Qkod acts as a "Hosting Provider" under Turkish Internet Law No. 5651 and strictly respects international data protection regulations including the GDPR.

          Mandatory Traceability (Law No. 5651): When creating short links, the originating IP address and timestamp are recorded to comply with statutory hosting obligations and combat cyber abuse.
        

1. Processed Data Categories

Network Traffic Data: Originating IP address and timestamps of link creators (stored strictly for legal retention periods).
Routing URLs: Target destination links provided by users.
Inquiry Records: Name, email address, and message payload sent through our contact desk.

2. Notice-and-Takedown Protocol

In accordance with hosting provider safe harbor provisions, Qkod does not proactively monitor third-party destinations. Upon receipt of valid abuse notices (phishing, malware, copyright infringement), offending links are terminated immediately.

3. Analytics & Cookieless Architecture

Redirect clicks are tallied without persistent behavioral cookies, advertising trackers, or client device fingerprinting.
